KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 — The dividend tax, initially set at five per cent, has been reduced to two per cent after considering appeals, including those from micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 29 — Targeted subsidies for RON95 petroleum and the mechanism that will be used for the implementation of the two per cent tax on dividend income exceeding RM100,000 for an individual shareholder are among the matters that will be discussed in the Dewan Rakyat today.
